<p>I have 7 years of experience in Agility.</p><p>Playing the role of Enterprise Agile Coach, Agile Facilitator, Scrum Master in Factory and Center of Excellence.Additionally I have experience in Technical Agility as Technical Leader, Development and QA. Moreover, experience in Agility in business areas.Making more agile the processes of Administration, Finance, Legal, Claims, Marketing, Commerce, Operations, Systems and Technology in Banking, Insurance, Fintech and Telecommunications companies.</p><p>I have 5 years of experience in Process Improvement.</p><p>I have led change management for 3 years accompanying leaders of the organization as Executive Coach.</p><p>I am also an active member of the “Heart of Agile” communities founded by Alistair Cockburn, and the Kanban Argentina community.</p>
