Wen-Yin gained over 20 years of experience in staff training and project/ program management. The areas she worked in include technology, semiconductors, telecoms, insurance, banking, finance, education, government and heavy industry. She has also been delegated to work with several prominent U.S. companies such as Corning Display Technology Finish Training Project, LOMA’s Online Insurance Training Program, and SkillSoft Online Management Training Program. She is known for her management skills and has always applied her know-how of project management to help her trainees become more successful in their projects or business operations. Besides, I was a ACP coach and assisted the learners to gain their PMI-ACP certification with confidence.</p><p><span style="font-size: inherit;">One of my main responsibilities is to guide the team to develop the training material for the Exams preparation systems, such as PMP, ACP, RMP and PBA Exam preparation system. I have served as a ScrumMaster to help the team use and improve its use of Scrum, and also served as a Product Owner to drive the team and be accountable to the business for the valve of the team’s work results. Throughout the projects, I coached the team about the Agile manifesto and mindsets, and adopted the Scrum events, soft management skills, and Agile practices.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: inherit;">The events I have used are Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review Meeting, and Retrospectives. I also communicated with stakeholders to understand their needs, and to prioritize product backlogs to ensure that development team can provide the most value increments at the end of the Sprint.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: inherit;">As a Scrum Master, I served as a servant leader; leading by paying attention and reaching to the needs of the team members, the team and the organization. I was also responsible for making sure the Scrum was used correctly, and helped the team to improve its use of Scrum.
