<p>Since years I guide companies through the agile transformation. Organizational development and agile coaching seems to be my calling and destiny. I love patterns and find them everywhere: in conversations, systems, groups of people and processes. So my way through physics and mathematics is not surprising. Not even my path over chaos theory in meteorology to computer science. What's surprising is that I do not act like a "nerd". I am a good-humored, communicative, conflict-oriented, energetic analyst with a lot of spirit - and this is exactly how I do my work.</p>
