<p>Agile Lead &amp; Agile Coach at TUI Deutschland (tour operator). Previous role: Agile Coach at E.ON (utilities). I started with Scrum in 2009. At first view I thought it’s just a process for product development, but soon I realised that there is much more to take into consideration. So, I started to discover. Today, my focus is not just on methodology &amp; process anymore, it’s on culture and organizational development as well, e.g. in close exchange with our HR department.</p>
