<p>Nagesh is a SCRUM coach with over 12 years of Agile Project Management experience executing projects for UK and US customers including Product companies.</p><p>He has 18+ years of overall IT industry experience during which he rose from Programmer to Agile Coach role. He handled various technical, leadership and management responsibilities.</p><p>His key skills are agile framework selection and customization, agile maturity assessment, distributed agile, ALM Tools Implementation, Portfolio analysis, product backlog management, release plans, agile estimation, sprints planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives and, continuous improvements.</p><p>Specifically he is skilled on taking teams though Forming-to-Performing level by applying various management styles.</p><p>Nagesh is a Certified SCRUM Master and also a certified SAFe Process Consultant.</p>
