<p>Alisson Vale is a software product developer, consultant e entrepreneur. In 2004 he founded Phidelis tecnologies, a software company in Brazil that provide software products and services for the academic and educational sector. With more than 18 years of experience in software development and team leadership, he had been an enthusiast of Agile methods since 2003 with a large involvement in conferences and community activities in Brazil and other parts of the world. In 2008, he started to heavily apply Lean and Kanban on his own company, which brought him to present this study case in conferences in USA and Europe. In 2010, he won the Brickell Key Award for great achievement and leadership from the community. Nowadays, besides the work in Phidelis, he also works providing training and consulting for small to large companies in Brazil and abroad.</p>
