About Me

<p>Worked in Lean/Agile for over 10, mostly in Scrum and scaled Scrum. Work for Cognizant’s Agile Practice for the past 4 years, focussing on Lean/Agile transformations. Over the past year or so I’ve been teaching Kanban and rolling it out to teams as part of a large UK-based bank’s Agile transformation.</p>
