<p><strong><em>Serves and empower others to reach their level of greatness …</em></strong></p><p>Lesley Hardy serves as the Interim Infrastructure Chief Technology Officer in the Fiserv Technology Services Group (FTS) Information Technology Office of Fiserv, where she leads a team of Engineers, Service Management Program &amp; Project Managers to deliver infrastructure and technology initiatives. The team supports Fiserv’s Bill Payments, Digital Payments, Sagent and Defi products.&nbsp; She is appreciated for her strategic vision, innovation, organization, and concurrent operational excellence.</p><p>Also, at Fiserv, Lesley led and implemented an Agile transformation for the iCTO, several efficiencies, quality and process improvement initiatives, using a combination of portfolio, program, and project management, six sigma, governance and leadership skills leading to savings for Fiserv’s clients.&nbsp; Additionally, she led, developed, and implemented an Onboarding program.&nbsp;</p><p>She began her diverse career as an airman in the U.S. Airforce where she trained as an electrician and HVAC apprentice on aircraft.&nbsp; Over the years, she served as District Manager for Aldi Foods, managing 6 stores across Missouri and Illinois.&nbsp; She also worked in Inventory Management in various roles including Planner, Buyer and Technical Support.&nbsp; These roles transitioned Lesley’s into the Information Technology and Financial Services Industries.&nbsp; She served as an Operations Manager with Wachovia Bank’s Wholesale Lockbox.&nbsp; At Iron Mountain Digital, Lesley led strategic account management, physical storage &amp; FTP file transfers of intellectual property and created the Project Management construct for IT Software Verification/Compilation for escrowed source and object code.</p><p>In her “spare time” she enjoys hobbies in designing &amp; executing social and professional events and serving as a Small Group leader for Victory World Church.&nbsp; Additionally, she is a panelist for Fulton County School’s Reach Scholarship program, prepares meals for foster families as part of Loaves and Fishes, volunteers at Bright Futures and a host of other service-based volunteer activities.&nbsp;</p><p>Lesley is a Certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Master and Kanban Management Professional and Kanban Coaching Professional holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master of Business Administration Degree.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
